Partners in Care and Health (PCH), with the support of the ADASS Mental Health Policy Network, have developed a Section 117 (S117) aftercare Framework to provide practical support to local authorities and their partners in strengthening S117 governance and practice.
The programme is a trusted network for developing and sharing best practice, developing tools and techniques, providing support and building connections. It is funded by Government and offered to councils without charge.
