The LGA, in collaboration with NACF, hosted the Annual Construction Conference, a two-day virtual event. The first day, held on 11 February 2025, featured sessions on the Procurement Act 2023—its impact on construction and collaboration—along with discussions on how the wider public sector is preparing for the Act and the role of Building Information Modelling (BIM). The event was chaired by John Simons, Group Procurement Director at Scape.
