Schools gender pay gap

Employer Link has analysed data submitted from 10,000 organisations to the government’s gender pay gap service. Subscribers are able to view the report, which includes data on: the mean, median and distribution of the pay gap, the difference between school phases (primary vs secondary), the proportion of men/women in each pay band and more to help employers with gender pay gap bench marking.

Academy trusts chief executive pay

As part of our pay benchmarking work, Employer Link has analysed chief executive officer pay in Academy Trusts for the year 2023/24. This report covers: regional pay, wage inflation, organisation size, gender equality and gender pay gap, reward strategy insights, recruitment, and retention and more.

Academy trusts workforce costs

Employer Link has analysed the workforce data published for over 550 academy trusts in their annual report and accounts. This report covers: executive pay, overall workforce costs, sickness absence, staff development (including the apprenticeship levy), staff numbers, part time working and more to help trusts with benchmarking.
